There has been considerably more interest in foreclosures over the past year, and these new foreclosure hunters have different goals according to a recent report from Realtor.com. The report says that the number of people interested in buying foreclosures has tripled over the past year and a half. And 92% of those new foreclosure hunters intend to live in the homes, as opposed to looking for an affordable foreclosure to turn into a rental property.
